Motorcycle driver was stopped at a red light the "undocumented immigrant" ran right into the back of the stopped motorcycle the operator of the motorcycle passed away shortly after at a local hospital. At 10:40 p.m., police said they were notified a car hit a motorcycle near the intersection of Pioneer and West Liberty avenues.First responders found a motorcyclist critically injured. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died. He was later identified as 23-year-old Christian Sluka. Police said the driver of the car, a red Ford Taurus, left the scene on foot, along with a woman and a child. On Sunday evening, county police announced the arrest of 25-year-old Saul Rivera-Ramirez on charges of homicide by vehicle, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed and operating a vehicle without a license. County police said Rivera-Ramirez is an undocumented immigrant, and that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is now involved
