we rode from cazenovia ny south and west. went through deruyter, truxton, up along otisco , and back along skaneatles lake. incredible conditions, and the views were outstanding. best fields i ever rode. we saw the popo twice. first asked to see papers. nice sheriffs , even helped with directions. coming back we crossed 81 in little york . went down a field with rr tracks , i looked back and see my buddy cartwheeling through the air. i go back, there was a 3rd rail just blunt under the snow , he hit it with his right ski . fucked his ski doo up something wicked. he is ok. had to drag it over to the polaris dealer right there. i then rode back to caz , sent stickdude home with my truck and his trailer. took the crash guys truck to little york and got him. late night but at least he didn't get hurt . i think the sled can be fixed if the tunnel isn't waffled. i got some great riding video, i'll get to that. i was shot last night after 158 miles and all the driving.
