yes, it's been a Ponzi scheme since it's inception and it should have been adjusted for the boomer generation three decades ago by Republicans and Democrats. the boomers will have and will suck more from the scheme than they paid into it in the long run. their generation should have been paying in far greater amounts, in essence and the scheme fails with every generation behind them... including ours as we've paid in our entire working lives.
