No, never got DUI.
I'm not exactly sure what the deal is,they said I had to go to the New York Magistrate to straighten whatever these charges are out. I've never bothered And they never detailed what they may be. The only thing I can think of in New York that I've been busted for is possession of fireworks decades ago. And another time with Mace which was illegal for me to have at the time in New York City...... And another road raging incident where I was charged with assault by the fellow party. 😂 ... Was fingerprinted for that but charges were later dropped.
To my knowledge I have no felonies, The bomb scare was when I was a minor and assault on an officer I don't think was a felony and were both in NJ not NY..... Can't remember if I was over 18 at the time. ...a lot of good memories from when I was younger. ... Put my poor parents through hell. My other siblings were model kids, with not a speck of trouble And straight as an arrow. I made up for all of them 😆
Could probably follow up and resolve this issue but I really don't have a need to leave the country very often.
